In the time in which we find ourselves living a pandemic. Easter gives us a helpful reminder. Jesus came to his discouraged disciples and gave them the most powerful message . It was a message of Peace. Peace in the midst of having seen Him die and now resurrected. He reminded them that if they would tarry for where they were they would receive Power. Power to endure the times to come. He told them finally to spread the message of Forgiveness. We are forgiven, therefore we are to dispense forgiveness to others.
Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, “Peace to you.”
