We all go through times of despair. It’s a part of life. Life has a balance of highs and lows. Learning to not give in to that despair requires that we seek shelter in the shadows of the presence of the Lord. It is there that our despair is turned into Praise.
Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.
