When faced with injustice in the land the people of the covenant must rise up and address it even when it appears that God is silent. God has a plan that appears to be against those of the covenant. Habakkuk calls us to believe in-spite of the being no blossoms of the vine. Justice is coming.
O Lord, how long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear! even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save!
