If the truth is told, most of us like to live ordered lives. Living is a way that the next move is always planned and calculated. The disciple of Christ must live differently, we must live open to the directing of the Holy Spirit. It could suddenly show up and order us in a different direction. This what we find in the narrative that Matthew describes in relationship to Joseph and Mary and the Christ child. Rising in the middle of the night to take plight to safety.
